    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 2c, line 7, after the words “when the purchasing card is” by striking out the words “issued or obtained” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “unlawfully obtained or used”;

    And,

    On page 3, section 10b, line 7, after the words “when the purchasing card is” by striking out the words “issued or obtained” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “unlawfully obtained or used”.
